TOWN AND VILLAGE OF ELLICOTTVILLE ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT

The Ellicottville Water Authority oversees the production, treatment, and distribution of the public water supply within the Town and Village of Ellicottville. The public water supply consists of 3 wells, 4 storage tanks, miles of distribution lines, and multiple pressure reducing valves due to the drastic elevation changes within the municipality. The Water Division is led by Tom Dineen and is based out of the Village DPW building on Mill Street. Any permits issued by the Water Division in addition to any relevant construction detail standards and laws are available for download on this webpage.

Billing Information

Water (and other utility bills) are sent out by the town quarterly. They payment is due in 30 days. See the schedule below:

  • Q1 - Payments Due April 30th
  • Q2 - Payments Due July 31st
  • Q3 - Payments Due October 30th
  • Q4 - Payments Due January 31st

Online Account Access and Payments

You can sign up on this website to view you are account, make payments, and choose to get your bills via email instead of standard mail. Your account information is available 24/7 without worrying about keeping paper copies around. You will be able to view your current and past bills from any device. By choosing online billing (via email), you save paper and save the town on mailing costs.
